David Cameron - Is he Green or just Whiter than White?

David Cameron has said (according to the BBC) that he will not be diverted from his “green” agenda by the economic downturn. Over the last months his green crusade has certainly gone quiet and he has succesfully lambasted the Governments recent inititives (well many have been silly)  to tackle climate change without suggesting alternatives.
